Saí pra dar uma voltinha no Shopping (eu precisava comprar o presente do meu amigo secreto) e tava tentando o No Food!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#ffff00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consegui me controlar até as 4:30h da tarde, aí, eu ia tapiar o estômago com alguma coisa ali mesmo da praça de alimentação... Adivinhem: só tem coisas gordurosas, então dei uma volta e resolvi compra uma Baked Potato Light com espinagre e ricota e 1 copo de água p/ acompanhar... O maior problema é que não vinha escrito o número de calorias, e quando cheguei em casa eu pesquisei... sa sabe quantas? 435!!! Bem, para o meu consolo ainda bem q eu ñ comi inteira, só metadinha.... Menos mal : )&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#ffff00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;O problema maior não se resume só nisso: tô indo viajar amanha cedo p/ Campos do Jordão, e vou tentar distrair meu queridíssimo Cherry o tempo todo pra não dar tempo de comer, já anotei mais de 10 lugares entre museus, caminhadas, trilhas, escaladas, lojas, enfim, tudo que gaste calorias e não tenha contato com alimentos!
